Deliveries requiring a signature may require an inspection before releasing to the site representative, waiving any possibility to return for later discovered damage outside the scope of the product warranty.
Upon arrival, items delivered to the parish office must be picked up by the individual or their delegate, who is responsible for delivery to any parish-based ministry, program or activity location.
When items arrive for routine or communal use, a parish staff member or volunteer office porter restocks them in the assigned location after reconciling the inventory list with the items received.
Before placing items in a designated storage area, remove and dispose of all exterior packing and loose packaging using onsite recycling and solid waste procedures.
