Parish Communication and Contact Management Procedures

When the Parishioner/Inquirer Primary Email Address field is complete, the parishioner or inquirer will receive an automatically generated email receipt.
All Staff Contact Reports are forwarded to parish staff members for their awareness and consideration as future agenda items.
The parish office assistant is responsible for entering and submitting all phone and voicemail messages and staff contact reports completed by daily office volunteers and other key volunteers.
