Beginning Monday, July 17, a section of State Road 62 will be closed from about Monte Cassino Road to County Road 1360 East (the first road east of Monte Cassino Shrine), just east of St. Meinrad. The road closure is expected to last through Friday, August 4, so workers can make a slide correction.
If you are traveling to the picnic from the east, an alternate route is to take I-64 to Exit 63; turn left onto Indiana 162 and follow the signs to St. Meinrad. Then, at the intersection with Indiana 545, turn right and go about five miles to Fulda.
Hello raffle stand chairs!
Thanks for your help today; great job to all! Please review this information and submit your winners list using the buttons below. The information you share will be used to complete several report forms for Indiana Charitable Gaming Commission and soon will be added to the news page of the parish website.
The picnic will conclude with raffle drawings. Since 2018, stand chairs are to prepare their tickets and be ready to announce the winners when called upon. We have to prove that picnic leadership and staff are not in direct contact with tickets and funds received.
Please remember the following when finalizing your winner's list.
One name list per ticket.
Suppose there is a listing such as Mr. and Mrs. Tom Smith or Tom and Jane Smith. Please choose a single name. I can only submit a single name listing to the Indiana Charitable Gaming Commission. This individual should be the individual who is listed as the primary individual when filing joint income taxes.
Also, please remember you must be at least 18 years old to enter the drawings and not be present to win. Cash prizes are mailed within 10 business days. Please be mindful of theme baskets that contain alcohol or tobacco products. The State of Indiana has guidelines for these select items.
Here is how to submit your winner's list.
Please click the link below to submit your winners list. Once you have submitted your list, I can download your list into EXCEL as a supplement to the Indiana Charitable Gaming Commission report. It will be featured on the parish news page as soon as possible.
Name, address and primary phone number are imported into ACS to issue checks for to the winners. Also, all winners are added to the parish database for future contact and to receive an invitation to the 2024 annual summer picnic.
Please enter exactly what is on the ticket – review the spelling of the first and last name before submitting. Your attention to these details will help prepare checks for the cash prizes and eliminate the need to reissue a check. For the individual submitting the information for the Theme Basket Stand, you must submit additional forms; only ten baskets are on each form.
Thanks to our picnic patrons! How to claim your raffle prize.
For theme basket winners who still need to claim a theme basket, please contact Ashley Schroer, stand chair, at 812-843-3172. Baskets are not available for pick up at the parish office.
Cash prizes are mailed within 10 business days.
