How to claim your raffle prize.

For theme basket winners who still need to claim a theme basket, please contact Ashley Schroer, stand chair.
Raffle Drawings
The picnic will conclude with raffle drawings beginning at 2 p.m.
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter the drawings.
- You need not be present to win.
- Prize winners will be notified within 10 business days.
- Cash prizes will be mailed within 10 business days.
- Non-cash prizes can be picked up on picnic day or at the Parish Center by appointment.
- No prizes are available for pickup at the Parish Office.
- No tips allowed
Direct Quilt Sales
Handmade quilts will be available for direct purchase 30 minutes before the picnic begins, from 9 to 9:30 a.m., for $600 each.
