The Feast of St. Blaise, bishop and martyr, occurs on February 3 each year. Local custom is to transfer the feast to the Sunday closest to or on February 3. Because it occurs this year on Saturday, blessing of the throats will be offered after all weekend Masses on February 3 and 4, following the Memorare. Click/tap heading for more details.

The Serra Club of Indianapolis is sponsoring its 2024 annual vocations essay contest. It is open to any Catholic student in grades 7 through 12 in parochial, public or homeschool systems in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. Click/tap heading for the details.

Catholic Relief Services Rice Bowls will be available in churches beginning Saturday, February 3, 2024. Students in the F3 program will receive their Rice Bowls the previous Wednesday. Click/tap heading for more information.

A series of faith formation sessions for adults will begin on Sunday, February 4, 2024. Adults will meet at the Parish Office, Rooms G and F, for an hour beginning at 9:45 a.m. The group will be using the United States Catholic Catechism for Adults by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. St. Meinrad Chamber of Commerce (SMART) is making unbaked pizzas for the Super Bowl. Pickup will be from 9 a.m. to noon on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at the Saint Meinrad American Legion Post #366. The St. Meinrad Feast Day Celebration will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2024, with a Mass celebrated at 8:30 a.m. at St. Meinrad Catholic Church followed by a free catered breakfast at 9:45 a.m. at the St. Meinrad Community Center. The St. Meinrad American Legion Post 366 will host a Valentine Dine and Dance on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Doors open at 4 p.m., with dinner served at 5.
