The feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Saturday, August 15, is not a holy day of obligation in 2026. The feast will be celebrated at Masses during the day on Saturday. The Vigil Mass at 4 p.m. at Historic St. Boniface Church will be for the 20th Sunday in Ordinary Time.
